Physical Products: Refunds for physical products are available for eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Digital Products: Refunds for digital products are available within 30 days of purchase if the product is found to be defective or if the customer is unable to access the product due to technical issues on our end. Refunds will not be issued if the digital product has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds will be processed in 3 working days and the amount will be credited to the original payment moethod with 4 business days.
