Custom systems for distributors and trading businesses.

Focused build ₹3L–₹6L · Full system ₹6L–₹15L · 4–6 weeks to 8–12 weeks

A distributor's storefront and back office should share one operating brain. We build the enquiry-to-dispatch system, the dealer pricing, and the inventory, on a single source of truth.

The situation

Where the off-the-shelf model breaks.

Distribution runs on a marriage that most software gets wrong: a public-facing storefront buyers expect to be fast, and a back office that has to track enquiries, generate invoices, hold dealer pricing tiers, and coordinate dispatch. Bolt a storefront onto a separate back office and you end up maintaining the same customer and the same product in two databases, kept in agreement by a sync that breaks quietly after every plugin update.

The trade customer is also the wrong shape for consumer platforms. They buy in bulk, on credit, on negotiated pricing, often starting with an enquiry rather than a checkout. A fitted system holds both the enquiry path and the live payment path on one backend, with one price that is correct by construction.

What we build

The workflows that decide the business.

Built around the operational reality of the firm, not a generic data model. Where the existing workflow is good, we capture it. Where it is broken, we redesign it before writing code.

01
Enquiry and order capture
Enquiries from form, WhatsApp, email, and storefront land in one queue. A cart can be sent as an enquiry or paid live. Both produce the same operational record.
02
Dealer and distributor pricing
Negotiated tiers, credit terms, and customer-specific pricing encoded once and applied automatically. No spreadsheet of who pays what.
03
Inventory and multi-location
Stock movement across locations, GRN and GIN, ageing, and transfer signals. The catalogue and pricing flow from one source, including Tally.
04
Invoices and notifications
GST invoices delivered on WhatsApp, branded order confirmations and dispatch updates, all through the firm's own infrastructure with no per-message middleware fee.
05
Founder reporting
Which customer is growing, which SKU slowed, which channel produced the order, which enquiries are still open. The operational view, not just the storefront's view.
Proof

We have built this.

A four-year partnership: we collapsed AK Suppliers & Distributors' storefront, ERP, and Tally onto one PostgreSQL, added a live PayU checkout, and sync products, pricing, and tax invoices from Tally by GUID.

Who this is for

Founder-led businesses investing in software they will own and run for years. We study the operation, solve the real problem, and build for the long term. Not one-off jobs.

Next step

Tell us about the workflow.

The first conversation is short and direct. We ask about the business, the workflows, and the questions you cannot answer today. By the end we both know whether to keep going.
