Custom ERP for manufacturers.
Focused build ₹3L–₹6L · Full system ₹6L–₹15L · 4–6 weeks to 8–12 weeks
Generic manufacturing ERP sells you a fixed model of a factory. We build the system around how your plant actually runs, from the shop floor to the founder's dashboard.
Where the off-the-shelf model breaks.
A growing manufacturer accumulates operational truth in places it cannot query. Production status lives in a supervisor's head and a WhatsApp group. Material availability lives in Tally and a storekeeper's memory. Dispatch readiness lives on a clipboard. The founder cannot answer, at any given moment, what is in production, what is blocked, and what ships today, without making three phone calls.
Off-the-shelf manufacturing software promises to fix this and then asks the plant to bend to its data model. For a job-shop or a custom-configured product line, that model never fits, so the firm pays for the licence and then pays again to customise it into the system it needed in the first place. A fitted build is structurally cheaper over a three to five year horizon, and the firm owns it.
The workflows that decide the business.
Built around the operational reality of the firm, not a generic data model. Where the existing workflow is good, we capture it. Where it is broken, we redesign it before writing code.
We have built this.
A multi-tenant ERP running three cutting-tool manufacturers (Carbiforce, Metaldur, Kawacut) on one system, with an Android sales app and Gemini AI for RFQ cleanup.
Founder-led businesses investing in software they will own and run for years. We study the operation, solve the real problem, and build for the long term. Not one-off jobs.
Tell us about the workflow.
The first conversation is short and direct. We ask about the business, the workflows, and the questions you cannot answer today. By the end we both know whether to keep going.
