Custom systems for showrooms and high-ticket retail.
Focused build ₹3L–₹6L · Full system ₹6L–₹15L · 4–6 weeks to 8–12 weeks
A showroom is not a shop. The buying journey runs across multiple visits and weeks, and the system has to hold that journey. We build the walk-in-to-installation pipeline, fitted to the category.
Where the off-the-shelf model breaks.
High-ticket retail (jewellery, tiles and sanitaryware, furniture, interiors, automobiles) does not convert on the first visit. A buyer walks in, considers, leaves, returns, negotiates, and buys weeks later. Retail POS software is built for a transaction at the counter, not a relationship across visits, so the walk-in that did not buy today is simply lost, along with the context of what they wanted.
The result is a showroom that cannot tell you how many live opportunities it has, which salesperson is sitting on the warm ones, or why a customer who visited twice never came back. A fitted system captures the walk-in, holds the journey, and coordinates the delivery and installation that the sale actually depends on.
The workflows that decide the business.
Built around the operational reality of the firm, not a generic data model. Where the existing workflow is good, we capture it. Where it is broken, we redesign it before writing code.
We have built this.
A showroom ERP for TNCC Arkadia with walk-in capture, a sales pipeline, and vendor PO auto-generation, built around the multi-visit buying journey of premium retail.

Founder-led businesses investing in software they will own and run for years. We study the operation, solve the real problem, and build for the long term. Not one-off jobs.
Tell us about the workflow.
The first conversation is short and direct. We ask about the business, the workflows, and the questions you cannot answer today. By the end we both know whether to keep going.
