Custom RFQ and procurement systems for industrial businesses.

Focused build ₹3L–₹6L · Full system ₹6L–₹15L · 4–6 weeks to 8–12 weeks

For industrial traders and manufacturers, the RFQ-to-invoice chain is the most leveraged workflow in the business. We build it as one auditable system, vendor comparison included.

The situation

Where the off-the-shelf model breaks.

In industrial trading, margin is made in the gap between what you buy at and what you sell at, and that gap is decided in the RFQ. When RFQs, vendor quotes, purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoicing live in separate inboxes and spreadsheets, the firm cannot compare vendors cleanly, cannot see which RFQ is stuck, and cannot defend its margin with data.

Generic procurement modules in off-the-shelf ERPs assume a tidy, single-vendor flow. Industrial reality is multi-vendor, multi-round, and specification-heavy. A fitted system holds the whole chain, makes the vendor comparison the centre of the workflow, and preserves the audit trail the business runs on.

What we build

The workflows that decide the business.

Built around the operational reality of the firm, not a generic data model. Where the existing workflow is good, we capture it. Where it is broken, we redesign it before writing code.

01
Multi-vendor RFQ
One RFQ goes to many vendors. Responses come back into a single comparison surface, so the buyer decides on price, lead time, and terms side by side.
02
Quotation to customer
Structured quotes built on encoded pricing and margin rules, issued as brand-correct PDFs, tracked through their lifecycle.
03
Purchase orders and GRN
PO generation against the chosen vendor, goods receipt notes, and the link back to the order that triggered them.
04
GRN to invoice
The chain from receipt to invoice closed inside one system, with the audit trail intact for both quality control and compliance.
05
AI-assisted RFQ cleanup
Where incoming RFQs arrive in varied, messy formats, AI extracts the quotable specification under human review, removing the slowest manual step.

Who this is for

Founder-led businesses investing in software they will own and run for years. We study the operation, solve the real problem, and build for the long term. Not one-off jobs.

Next step

Tell us about the workflow.

The first conversation is short and direct. We ask about the business, the workflows, and the questions you cannot answer today. By the end we both know whether to keep going.
