Custom software for institutes and community organisations.
Focused build ₹3L–₹6L · Full system ₹6L–₹15L · 4–6 weeks to 8–12 weeks
Institutions and community organisations run on goodwill and memory, until they grow past what memory can hold. We build the membership, fees, attendance, and communication system, gently.
Where the off-the-shelf model breaks.
An institute, madrasa, or community body coordinates a large group with a small, often volunteer, team. Members, fees and dues, attendance, events, and communication are held in registers, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp groups. It works until the numbers grow, and then the seams show: dues that are hard to reconcile, attendance nobody can total, and a committee that cannot answer basic questions about its own community.
Generic school or membership software assumes a structure these organisations do not have, and a budget they should not spend. A fitted system captures the real structure (families, dues at the family level, voluntary contributions, events) without imposing bureaucracy, and earns adoption because it makes a volunteer's job lighter rather than heavier.
The workflows that decide the business.
Built around the operational reality of the firm, not a generic data model. Where the existing workflow is good, we capture it. Where it is broken, we redesign it before writing code.
We have built this.
An institute management system for Qism-Al-Tahfeez Madras with admissions, attendance, fees, and a custom WhatsApp chat layer, built for an institution running on goodwill.
Founder-led businesses investing in software they will own and run for years. We study the operation, solve the real problem, and build for the long term. Not one-off jobs.
Tell us about the workflow.
The first conversation is short and direct. We ask about the business, the workflows, and the questions you cannot answer today. By the end we both know whether to keep going.
